Air quality kit - micro:bit version

The Vittascience air quality kit includes everything you need to take a wide range of measurements related to indoor air quality. The data collected can be compared with that provided by your Approved Air Quality Monitoring Association (AASQA), helping to raise students' awareness of air pollution and its environmental implications.

The kit includes an educational booklet explaining how the sensors work, the assembly steps, and several experimental activities for analyzing the results, as well as the following items:

• 1 micro:bit V2 board,
• 1 Grove shield for micro:bit,
• 1 Grove LCD screen (32 characters),
• 1 Grove HM3301 sensor for measuring fine particles (PM1, PM2.5, PM10),
• 1 Grove MICS6814 sensor for gas detection (NO₂, CH₄, CO),
• 1 Grove BME280 sensor for temperature, pressure, and humidity,
• 1 OpenLog module for managing and recording data on a microSD card,
• 1 microSD card (128 MB) and its USB adapter,
• 1 Grove I2C multi-port connector (6 ports),
• all the connectors needed for assembly.
